NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS OF DIAMOND BUSINESS ASSOCIATION
The Diamond Business Association, Inc., dba Southeastern Diamond Business Association (SDBD), will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 12th, at 6:00 PM at the US Bank conference room located on the second floor at 5100 Federal Blvd., San Diego, California 92105
Among the several agenda items is the election to the Board of Directors for terms effective as from July 1, 2014. Twelve (12) seats will be up for election (with one seat continuing as vacant); seven (7) seats for two-year terms and five (5) seats for one-year terms.

To be eligible to vote in the election, all voters must be members of the association, defined as: “…business owners holding a current City of San Diego business tax certificate, and paying the Diamond BID assessment through the City of San Diego’s Treasurer’s Office… Additionally, individual businesses not otherwise included in the City Treasurer’s bid assessment system may become a Member upon paying the equivalent annual fee per the established Schedule of Assessments for the Diamond Business Association… “
