A Business Improvement District (BID) provides a business community with the resources to develop marketing campaigns and promotions, hold special events, increase awareness, advocate for the business community, seek additional funding, and potentially enhance City funded public improvement and beautification projects.

If you are a business in the Diamond Business District but do not have a business tax certificate you are not a member.
